500mm x 450mm (28.5" x 19.75" x 17.75") X,Y,Z travels. Both vertical and horizontal spindles with 5" of 'quill' travel in each orientation. The vertical head is able to tilt up to +- 90 deg. The entire table rotates (not powered) and has a precision encoder accurate to .01 deg. The table also tilts in two axis, and can be removed for a vertical work surface. These machines have Heidenhian glass scales for high precision positioning. Uses BT40 taper tooling, which is readily available. Very solid heavy construction for stability and precision. These are fine German made machines, much more advanced than anything from the day (1᚛). Phillips 432 CNC control can take G code files from an RS232 port, or use built in G code programming with tons of canned cycles. Rigid tapping capable. Programming in metric or English. Several manuals for programming and machine maintenance. Comes with a 3 phase multi tap transformer for proper 380V step up or down from 208 to 440.
This is a wonderful machine but I'm rearranging my shop and unfortunately it needs to go. BT40 tooling available at an extra cost. I have 6 tool holders available with proper pull studs. ๛ each for the collet holders, $50 for the end mill holders.
